Meet Dr. Shauna
Dr. Shauna grew up in Bellefontaine, Ohio. During her adolescent and teenage years, she was very active in many sports, especially basketball. Towards the end of her freshman year in high school, Dr. Shauna found herself unable to run down the court and couldn’t continue in the game. She saw a family friend who was a chiropractor the next day. After her first adjustment, she already had relief and continued to use chiropractic care to keep her on the court throughout her high school and college career.
When she was a sophomore in college, Dr. Shauna spoke with her family chiropractor about becoming a chiropractor herself. After some extensive research, she decided she would attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. In June 2005 Dr. Shauna graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic magna cum laude.
Dr. Shauna currently lives in Summerville, SC with her husband, Keith, and their three sons, Bralen, Lovie, and Hayes.
Dr. Shauna believes that dwelling within each one of us is a healing power and feels blessed to be able to help patients tap into that healing power within. Healing comes from the inside out; physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When you come to see Dr. Shauna you can rest assured she will listen to your concerns and needs and will meet you where you are in life to begin walking along with you in your health and wellness journey.
